Reads mechanical drawings, designs and configures control circuits using sensors and actuators, collects and analyzes data using various measuring instruments. Based on the results, optimizes system parameters to ensure performance and reliability as per specifications. Requires on-site presence at customer factories or attendance at tests depending on projects, as well as collaboration with other departments and business partners.
