The Construction Site Manager serves as the overall supervisor of architectural and civil engineering construction sites, handling the creation and execution of construction plans, schedule management, arrangement and management of personnel and materials, cost management, safety and health management, quality management, and coordination and negotiation with stakeholders (clients, designers, subcontractors, government agencies, etc.). They must constantly monitor the site conditions, promptly develop and implement countermeasures in the event of risks or issues, and ensure that construction proceeds smoothly and safely. Additionally, they prepare reports and completion documents as necessary and comply with technical and legal requirements.
