Description
Concrete gutter manufacturing workers mix cement, aggregates, water, etc., in appropriate ratios and fill the concrete mixed in the mixer into formwork. They compact it using a vibrator, cure it for a specified period, then dismantle the formwork, and conduct quality inspections such as for dimensions and presence of cracks. After passing inspection, they perform loading and shipment preparation, and also handle maintenance and cleaning of manufacturing equipment, as well as safety management. They work in teams to improve process efficiency and maintain quality.
