Description
The Chemical Solution Operator (Chemical Fiber Manufacturing) mixes high-molecular materials such as polyester and nylon with solvents and additives, adjusts them to the specified concentration and viscosity, and supplies the chemical solution to the manufacturing line. They operate equipment for stirring, heating, cooling, filtration, and defoaming, and measure and adjust using viscometers and pH meters. They also perform analysis and recording of product samples, quality control, troubleshooting by analyzing causes during abnormalities, optimization of process conditions, and equipment inspections. Additionally, they handle safety and hygiene management of chemical agents and periodic cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
