Description
Carbonated water manufacturers handle the intake of raw water, perform pre-treatments such as filtration and softening, and inject carbon dioxide gas at appropriate pressure and temperature. They manage blending in mixing tanks, perform pasteurization and sterilization processing, and then bottle using filling machines. After filling, they conduct quality inspections such as appearance inspection of cans and PET bottles, pressure testing, and microbial testing, and handle the packaging and shipping processes. They are also required to perform daily inspections and maintenance for stable production line operation, and respond to abnormalities.
Future Outlook
The beverage market is expected to have stable demand due to health consciousness and diversification, but as production line automation and labor reduction advance, advanced machine operation and data utilization skills will be required.
