Description
Calcined gypsum manufacturing workers handle a series of processes using natural gypsum ore as raw material: crushing and screening, calcination, crushing and particle size adjustment, mixing and packaging. First, the mined gypsum is crushed to remove foreign matter, then heated to 150-200°C in a calcination furnace to decompose the hydration crystals, obtaining calcined gypsum. After cooling, it is processed to the desired particle size with a crusher, undergoes quality inspection for components, moisture content, setting time, etc., and is finally prepared for packaging and shipment. The work requires knowledge of operating heavy machinery, crushers, calcination equipment, safety management, dust control, and equipment maintenance. Much of the work is in high-temperature and dusty environments, where accurate temperature and time management is crucial for maintaining quality.

Demand for building gypsum products remains stable, but manufacturing processes are advancing in efficiency and automation due to environmental regulations and energy-saving requirements.
