Description
Calcined gypsum inspectors are responsible for quality control of calcined gypsum products obtained by heating and dehydrating gypsum. They collect samples from the production line, perform visual appearance inspections, particle size and moisture content measurements using sieves and moisture meters, strength tests, etc. They record and report inspection results, and sort out lots judged as non-standard. They also analyze inspection data, propose improvements to production conditions or handle standard changes, and support stable production and quality improvement of products.
