Description

Beverage raw material inspectors conduct physicochemical tests and microbiological inspections on various raw materials used in beverage manufacturing (water, fruit juices, sugars, flavors, dairy products, etc.) to ensure quality and safety. Main tasks include sampling and pretreatment, measurement of pH and solid content, inspection of bacterial counts and pathogens, sensory inspection, some chemical analyses (HPLC, spectrophotometer, etc.), creation and reporting of inspection records. Based on inspection results, provide feedback to the manufacturing department, maintain raw material acceptance standards, and supervise compliance with hygiene management standards and legal regulations. Also perform regular equipment maintenance and calibration, and propose improvements to test procedures.
