Description
The Storage Worker (Beer Manufacturing) handles the process of transferring fermented beer to storage tanks and aging it for a certain period. Main duties include transferring to storage tanks, managing temperature and pressure, adjusting carbon dioxide gas, cleaning and disinfecting the inside of tanks using the CIP (Clean-in-Place) system, supporting quality inspections, recording and reporting process data, etc. To maintain quality, they check results of sensory and physicochemical tests and adjust conditions as necessary. They also perform cleaning operations and inspections based on safety, hygiene, and HACCP management.
