Description
Beer inspectors collect beer samples during the brewing process and at the product stage, measuring specific gravity, pH, residual sugar, color, turbidity, alcohol content, carbon dioxide pressure, etc. They conduct microbiological inspections to check for contamination or abnormal fermentation, and perform sensory evaluations (tasting) to confirm flavor, aroma, and foam quality.
