Storage battery charger workers set industrial and consumer storage battery cells or modules into dedicated charge-discharge equipment and perform charging and discharging under specified conditions. During charging, they monitor changes in voltage and current and record data. If anomalies are detected, they respond immediately and also inspect and maintain safety devices. The work involves handling heavy objects and chemical substances (electrolytes), so wearing protective gear and strictly following work procedures are essential. Shift work such as three-shift systems is common, and they play a role in maintaining the production efficiency and quality of the entire line.
