The Banbury mixer operator (raw rubber kneading) is a job that manufactures rubber compounds, the base material for rubber products. Kneads while appropriately managing temperature, pressure, and time, and discharges when the specified uniformity is achieved. The kneaded sheet is passed to the next process, molded and vulcanized into the final product. Also performs machine cleaning, simple maintenance, and quality checks.
