Description
Headliner workers are specialists who process and install lining materials on the underside of automobile roofs. Based on design drawings or patterns, they cut and form fabric or foam, apply it to ceiling panels using adhesive, and secure it with clips or fasteners. As part of the production line, they follow work procedure manuals, inspect appearance and dimensions, and correct defects if any. Since materials and processes differ by vehicle model, they handle adjustments during model changes or prototyping for new models.
