Description
Asphalt-coated paper manufacturing workers impregnate and coat base paper with asphalt or synthetic resin to produce waterproof coated paper. They melt raw asphalt at a specified temperature and apply it to the base paper using impregnation tanks or roll coaters. After application, it is heated and dried in a drying furnace, and the coating thickness and uniformity are inspected. They operate production line machines, manage temperature and pressure, perform quality inspections, clean and maintain equipment, and stably supply products that meet standards.
