The Arachi Worker (Clay Tile Manufacturing) is a manufacturing site worker responsible for each process from adjustment and forming of clay, the raw material for tiles, to drying and firing. Manages the clay's water content ratio and particle size, forms tiles using extruders or presses, adjusts humidity and temperature in drying equipment to dry them, and performs kiln loading and firing temperature control. After firing, inspects product dimensions, cracks, and color unevenness, and removes defective products.
