Description
The Analytical Test Technician (Functional Materials) handles sample preparation, measurements using analytical instruments, data analysis, and report creation for functional materials such as ceramics for electronic devices, polymer materials, and optical materials. Primarily uses X-ray diffractometer (XRD), electron microscope (SEM/TEM), infrared spectrophotometer (FT-IR), thermal analysis equipment (DSC, TGA), etc., to evaluate the composition, crystal structure, surface morphology, thermal and mechanical properties of materials. Also involved in equipment maintenance, optimization of measurement conditions, verification of new analytical methods, supporting product development and process improvement.
