Alumite workers electrolytically oxidize the surface of aluminum products to enhance corrosion resistance and decorative properties. The work mainly consists of degreasing and polishing, pre-treatment by etching, anodic oxidation using electrolytic baths such as sulfuric acid, dyeing with coloring agents, and sealing (pore sealing). In each process, bath temperature, current density, and processing time are strictly controlled to form a film meeting quality standards. After completion, visual inspection, film thickness measurement, and corrosion resistance tests are conducted to sort out defective products. In the workplace, handling chemicals, waste liquid treatment, and compliance with environmental regulations are important, along with safety management and record-keeping.
