Specifically, they handle pulp preparation, operation of paper forming machines, acid-resistant treatment through chemical immersion or coating, drying and cross-linking processes, and finishing cutting. They perform quality inspections (thickness measurement, burst testing, pH measurement) to measure product thickness, density, strength, pH value, etc., and adjust machine parameters in case of abnormalities. They also thoroughly manage safety and health in handling chemicals, and conduct equipment inspections and waste liquid treatment. They perform a wide range of tasks such as starting and stopping machines according to production schedules, replenishing raw materials, etc., in cooperation as a team to ensure product reliability.
